Why can't I log in?

If you can't log in, please check the following steps:

For platform users

  • Do you already have a member account? If not, you need to create one.
  • Your email address and password are case sensitive. Please check if they are 100% correct.
  • If this does not work, click on the 'password reset' button. 

For Platform Managers

  • If you are a Platform Manager and a user asks for a password reset, you can click on the 'send reset password mail' button in the 'Main' tab of the user profile. See two screenshots below:
