If you can't log in, please check the following steps:
For platform users
- Do you already have a member account? If not, you need to create one.
- Your email address and password are case sensitive. Please check if they are 100% correct.
- If this does not work, click on the 'password reset' button.
For Platform Managers
- If you are a Platform Manager and a user asks for a password reset, you can click on the 'send reset password mail' button in the 'Main' tab of the user profile. See two screenshots below:
