- the amount should be a minimum of 5 euros;
- amounts should be rounded, so commas or dots can't be used;
- the deadline of the initiative or fundraiser already passed;
- if the platform doesn't allow you to donate anonymously in combination with the selection of a gift;
- there is a delay or error during the transaction;
- the amount exceeds your bank term & conditions, or personal bank settings;
