How do I assign a role to a member?

Assigning an initiative role to a member is optional. If you don’t assign anyone else, the Initiator will automatically also fulfil the role of Activity Manager. The member receives the applications on tasks by email and is able to reject, accept and confirm task members. Click here for an overview of all of the initiative roles and other user types. 

How to change the initiator? 

Look up the initiative and in the first initiative tab 'Basic' you will find the field 'Owner'. Use the magnifier to look up and select a different member. Don't forget to click on 'Save and continue editing'. 

The member will be notified when a role is assigned to them, so that the member knows he/she is supposed to take action for the initiative.

 

How to change the activity manager for all activities? 

Look up the initiative. In the initiative tab 'Status', you will find the field 'Activity manager'. Use the magnifier to look up and select a different member. Don't forget to click on 'Save and continue editing'. 

 

How to change the activity manager for one activity?

How to add a promoter to an initiative?

Look up the initiative and in the first initiative tab 'Status', you will find the field 'Promotor'. Use the magnifier to look up and select a different member. Don't forget to click on 'Save and continue editing'. 

The member will be notified when a role is assigned to them. 

 

How to add or change a partner organisation contact?

Find, change, and edit the partner organisation ('s contact). Under the tab 'Organization', use the magnifier to look up and select a different member. 

If the partner needs an active role, they can (get a) login.
