Donations can be made from anywhere in the world with an internationally accepted credit card.
When donating to a global campaign current conversion rates need to be taken into account.
Money can only be collected in Euros and/or US Dollars, depending on the platform settings. Please contact Support for more information on this.
If the settings allow US Dollar payouts, this can be selected in the start-an- initiative flow.
Can I set up a crowdfunding campaign from any country?
No, unfortunately not, a global service payment provider doesn't exist. We are currently working with Stripe. For more information, you can read the Payment Service Provider FAQ. We are continuously exploring ways to increase our coverage.
Note that to receive donations and payouts, you can only set up your Euro or US dollar campaign when you have a bank account in the following countries:
